Do you charge for delivery?

When you collect or pick your purchased product from the store or shop, there are not delivery charges but when you need us to send your delivery as a parcel, you will pay for the delivery charge.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery depends with where you are shipping your product to, mostly within 1-3 business day you should have your product delivered

When can I cancel my order without being charged?

You can cancel your order yourself within 8 hours of placing your order on our website and before receiving a dispatch notification on your email.

How to receive a refund of a cancelled paid order?

Our team will have initiate a refund which can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your source account.

What orders are eligible for REFUND?

All PRE-PAID orders which are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery are eligible for refund at the source account.

All Cash On Delivery orders are NOT eligible for any refund. They can only be substituted with another product of equivalent value or a coupon code will be provided to you upon successful delivery of your returned items.

How much time does it take to process a refund/ exchange?

It can take upto 7 working days for us to confirm and initiate a refund/ exchange for your order upon receiving the product back at our store.

What happens when I receive a wrong or a damaged product?

All the orders are carefully checked and inspected before dispatch, incase you have received a wrong or defective product kindly do not panic. First notify us through our email address, contact us page, whatsapp or call

Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours and help solve your query by initiating a return pickup followed by either refunding you the full amount paid or exchange it with a new product of your choice of the paid value.

This process can take up to 1-3 working days upon initiating the process. We will bear all the to and fro shipping if any.
